Handle customer emails, texts, and phone calls (low-touch inquiries, general questions about products/process) 2. Coordinate shipping logistics - get quotes from FedEx, crating companies, communicate with shippers and customers 3. Manage inventory lifecycle - receiving from shippers, tracking, uploading to Shopify, through to delivery 4. Schedule high-touch sales calls for serious prospects 5. Communicate with auction houses regarding shipping/receiving 6. Handle order fulfillment and processing through Shopify
