Campaign Operations Project Intern (Romanian Speaker) (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Team Introduction
• The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
• Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 4 month long internship period.
• LIVE Campaign Operations
• Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns
• Conduct user and performance data analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Assist in campaign concept ideation and creative mechanism design
• Configure campaigns within internal systems and manage campaign setup
• Track budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports
• Optimize campaign mechanisms based on data insights
• Creator Communication & Community Engagement
• Maintain regular communication with key creators
• Conduct creator research and collect structured feedback
• Support creator relationship management and engagement strategies
• Assist in community operations and engagement initiatives
• Identify high-potential creators through performance signals and market observation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Social media savvy with strong interest in live-streaming and the creator economy with a strong sense of internet trends and online culture
• Data-driven with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking
• Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.)
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators
• High oral and written fluency in English and Romanian is required, particularly to support hiring and stakeholder engagement within the Romanian market, while also collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
• Background with Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Data-related fields is preferred
• Personal content creation experience is highly preferred (own social media accounts are a strong plus)
