Job Description Second level overseas Market support (line tickets) and Warranty Support Platform Mailbox response within targeted time. Dealer Query & claim analysis, validation, and Processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims) . Query & claim validation: approved / returned / rejected within shortest time. Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time. High-cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc) Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadline Warranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplier New Model Operation Codes Validation & Setup in system. Reporting to local and regional level. Educational Qualification and experience: Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 4-5 years of experience Min 3+ years of experience in Warranty Operations with good understanding on dealer warranty process. Sound experience on data analytics, solution generation and prepare management presentation. Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft office - Excel (including Pivot Tables and Macros) Competencies Customer-oriented Strong analysis skills Detail and action-oriented Self- management Good logical thinking. Good Communication skill with overseas dealers. Able to work under pressure and a sense of urgency Chennai India
