We are seeking a VP of Sales (Enterprise Healthcare AI & Behavioral Health Growth) to own enterprise revenue strategy, build and scale a high-performance sales organization, and drive Clinically AI's transition from founder-led sales to a repeatable enterprise GTM motion. This is not a traditional sales leadership role focused on pipeline management or rep oversight. This is a foundational revenue-building role responsible for defining how Clinically AI wins enterprise behavioral health and healthcare systems at scale. If you're the right person for this role, you understand how to sell into complex healthcare organizations where adoption, workflow integration, and trust matter as much as deal execution. In this role, you will own enterprise revenue generation across behavioral health and healthcare systems, including pipeline creation, deal strategy, conversion, and expansion. You will build and lead a sales organization while operating directly in strategic enterprise deals during the transition from founder-led sales to scalable GTM execution. You will define how Clinically AI enters and wins annual healthcare buying cycles, aligning clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders around AI-driven workflow transformation. You will design and scale repeatable enterprise sales systems, including pipeline generation, partner and channel strategy, and customer acquisition motion across behavioral health systems and healthcare organizations. You will work closely with leadership to shape positioning, pricing strategy, and market expansion while ensuring revenue growth is directly tied to adoption, workflow integration, and long-term customer value. Success in this role is defined by enterprise revenue growth, pipeline conversion efficiency, deal velocity within annual buying cycles, and expansion across healthcare systems: not activity or team size. KEY ATTRIBUTES TO SUCCEED Enterprise Revenue Ownership You operate with full ownership of revenue outcomes across complex healthcare organizations and annual buying cycles. Healthcare Systems Selling You understand how behavioral health and healthcare organizations evaluate, approve, and adopt AI-enabled workflow systems. Founder-Led Sales Transition Experience You are comfortable operating directly in high-stakes enterprise deals while building scalable sales systems and teams. AI-Native Sales Execution You actively use AI tools to improve pipeline generation, deal strategy, forecasting, and sales execution. Systems Thinking in GTM You understand how pipeline, messaging, partnerships, adoption, and expansion connect into a unified revenue system. Cross-Stakeholder Influence You can align clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders within complex healthcare organizations. Startup Adaptability You operate effectively in ambiguity, rapid iteration cycles, and evolving enterprise GTM structures.
