Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude, AI-assisted SQL generation) to accelerate analysis, automate insight synthesis, and reduce time-to-answer for business stakeholders while actively experimenting with new workflows rather than waiting for established playbooks
Analyze data using SQL (Snowflake) and Tableau to generate insights around drivers of organizational outcomes
Review and prioritize requests from leaders for new reports, process changes, and system enhancements
Drive various processes to ensure data quality and accuracy for ongoing post-sales operations, and provide analytical support as needed
Partner with cross-functional teams across the business, including Finance, Product, and GTM, to integrate data insights into strategic planning and execution
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports
Automate recurring reporting for operational efficiency and to improve consistency across various segments
Proactively look around corners to understand where opportunities exist to improve team efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Data Science or a similar field
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting, strategy, or data analytics
A demonstrated curiosity and comfort with AI-assisted work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop data-driven insights
Hands on experience with analyzing large data sets using SQL, BI (Tableau) tools, and Gsheets/Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
Strong business acumen and ability to connect data findings to priorities
Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferable)

The Analyst - Comm+ Strategy & Operations is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, contributing to ServiceTitan's data-driven strategic decision making.
The primary focus of the role will be on generating insights that help our business stakeholders in the Comm+ leadership team, especially Onboarding and Customer Success, shape their strategy and achieve core business objectives with a secondary focus on transformative "special projects." This role will also involve synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders, and providing ad-hoc analytical support to GM partners.
The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytic rigor, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key initiatives and their outcomes.
