Optimization & Polishing: Identify, profile, and resolve performance bottlenecks. You will be responsible for "polishing" project features to ensure they meet both visual and technical targets. Documentation & Standards: Author and update technical documentation for tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure team scalability. Essential Skills & Qualifications Experience in Unreal Engine 5 pipeline, including Blueprints, modeling/UV workflows, look-dev (shading/texturing) and optimization. Strong experience with visual scripting (Blueprints) and text-based scripting languages to automate tasks and extend engine functionality. A dedicated team player with a "problem-solving first" attitude and attention to detail. Desired Skills Full-Stack Awareness: Working knowledge of Frontend (e.g., React, Vue) and Backend (e.g., Node.js, Python, Databases) architectures to support the development of applications. Web Integration: Knowledge of web technologies specifically regarding communication between WebUI and the Unreal Engine (e.g., JSON communication, WebSocket). Profiling & Performance: Experience with Unreal Insights and other profiling tools. Software Engineering: Experience with C++, C#, or other object-oriented languages.
