Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements seamlessly.
Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare construction documents, permit packages, and support construction services.
Prepare design calculations and technical reports.
Utilize design software (AutoCAD and Civil 3D) to create construction drawings, layouts, and models for land development projects.
Develop solutions for site layouts, stormwater management, grading, utilities, and erosion/sediment control.
Review project RFI's and submittals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
EIT (Engineer-in-Training) is preferred but not required.
-- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in civil engineering.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
