As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the management and administration of employee benefits-including pension, insurance, wellbeing, and statutory programs-across the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, and Dubai. The role ensures accurate day-to-day delivery of benefit programs, strong vendor management, and compliance across a diverse regional footprint. Key areas of responsibility include: Regional Benefits Administration Manage the day-to-day administration of benefits programs across the UK and EMEA. Oversee annual renewals, eligibility processes, enrolments, and reporting. Partner with HR Operations and Workday teams to maintain accurate benefit, payroll, and HRIS data. Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit inquiries. Vendor & Consultant Management Coordinate relationships with external consultants, brokers, insurers, pension administrators, and wellbeing partners. Lead or participate in RFPs, quarterly business reviews, and service delivery assessments. Support the delivery of employee information sessions in local EMEA offices. Employee Communication & Education Develop and deliver engaging benefits communication materials. Update employee handbooks and internal content regularly. Conduct presentations and office roadshows. Respond to feedback and inquiries on a regular basis from employees of all levels. Governance, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor market and legislative trends to recommend program adjustments. Data Analytics & Reporting Analyze benefits data to identify trends and efficiency opportunities. Create and present dashboards, reports, and summarize key insights to senior leadership. Support budgeting, accruals, and forecasting for EMEA benefits. Strategic Partnership & Projects Collaborate with global Total Rewards colleagues. Support wellbeing initiatives and benefits harmonization. Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements. Synthesize employee feedback and any reporting insights to provide recommendations to leadership. Qualifications: Solid baseline understanding of employee benefits end to end process for EMEA region including: Familiarity with pension schemes and top-ups, experience with complex systems like Italy is a plus Familiarity with medical and other health and welfare schemes, like lunch vouchers, green car, dental Strong ability to use resources wisely to research and resolve inquiries - use One Note, contact broker/consultant or vendor, do independent research, use Copilot, etc. Comfort with a role that has a balance of administrative tasks and customer service - the analyst will be doing a lot of recurring administrative tasks like submitting lunch voucher orders each month, but they will also be interacting with employees and answering questions Desire to learn and grow, excitement about the independence and opportunity this role provides Workday baseline knowledge, or if no knowledge, then a demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly Ability to be independent and a self-starter (with this role, the Analyst will have limited oversight with the team sitting in the US so it is important they can pick things up and run with them with little oversight.
