Trinity Logistics is seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist to support the account management and logistics teams through daily scheduling, load entry, data management, and problem resolution. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced office environment, take initiative, and are driven by accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate data, supporting shipment coordination, and helping identify the most efficient ways to move customer freight. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, leverage multiple systems and tools, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational performance. Handle high volumes of data entry with speed and precision. Support the logistics and account management teams with daily scheduling and load entry. Track and resolve issues related to shipments and data discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate information. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing best practices. Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily logistics operations. Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements: Is This for You? Superior interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build trust and connect with teammates on a personal level.
