Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will use your respiratory physiotherapy expertise to deliver breathing control training within a landmark randomised clinical trial. You will gain valuable research experience, collaborate with leading clinicians, and work flexibly across major Melbourne hospitals. What you will deliver: Provide breathing control training and befriending sessions to trial participants at participating Melbourne hospital sites. Conduct standardised clinical and research assessments of participants in line with trial protocols and Good Clinical Practice. Plan and complete accurate data collection, documentation and quality checks to support high-quality trial outcomes. Coordinate and communicate project activities with the research team to ensure milestones are met on time. Contribute to manuscripts, ethics submissions and grant applications related to the project, as desired. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy and postgraduate cardiorespiratory training or equivalent clinical expertise. Bring current respiratory physiotherapy experience, ideally within acute, neurology or cardiorespiratory hospital settings. Demonstrate strong organisational skills, managing competing tasks, meeting deadlines and following through with minimal supervision. Show meticulous attention to detail, with experience in data collection, auditing, quality assurance and record keeping. Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, enabling supportive participant interactions and effective multidisciplinary teamwork.
