You hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and bring valuable industry knowledge in information systems and logistics. With experience across business operations, commerce, and technology-driven environments, you are able to connect theory with real-world practice, engaging students through relevant and industry-informed learning experiences. Your background in Interdisciplinary business concepts, business information systems and logistics/supply chain management enables you to contribute effectively to applied business education while supporting students to develop practical, workplace-ready skills. You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach to teaching, and a commitment to student success and inclusive learning practices. You are adaptable, organised, and committed to maintaining high educational standards in a dynamic vocational education environment. To be successful in this position, you'll have: Demonstrated skills and experience in higher education teaching and assessment design aligned with VE pedagogical frameworks. Competency -based assessment. Ability in ensuring current and contemporary vocational competence which meets and/or exceeds the education level being delivered and assessed. Experience in relevant industry, and substantial discipline knowledge as it relates to this position. Capacity to diagnose learning problems in students, propose and implement effective solutions. Demonstrated skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies.
