About the role

As a Senior Account Manager , you'll manage key day-to-day client relationships with a greater degree of independence, building trust and rapport with mid-level client stakeholders.   • Lead collaboration with internal teams on specific projects to ensure alignment of client needs with capabilities.
  • Translate client priorities into briefs and scopes of work, leveraging a solid knowledge of Monks products and services.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients and provide in-depth guidance on maximizing service value.
  • Conduct market and client insight gathering to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
