Our Quantitative Solutions business is seeking a talented and driven Executive Assistant to work closely with leadership for our Equity and Multi-Asset investment teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a demanding environment and takes pride in supporting a high‑performing investment leadership team.
What you can expect:
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support including preparation and coordination of communications, calendar management, and meeting logistics.
Organize and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling large meetings with senior‑level executives across the company.
Coordinate complex international travel across multiple time zones and regions, leveraging knowledge of global geographies, visa requirements, and cultural considerations to ensure seamless execution.
Support client meetings by coordinating agendas, preparation materials, logistics (including catering and security clearance), compliance pre‑approvals, and internal prep sessions.
Prepare, edit, and produce high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, reports, and other executive‑ready materials, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on efficiency and consistency.
Serve as a professional point of contact for written and verbal communications on behalf of the Investments leadership team.
Participate in coordinating employee and volunteer events as part of the shared administrative team responsibilities.
Provide backup coverage for other Executive Assistants and collaborate closely with the Quantitative Solutions Admin Team on ad hoc projects and broader initiatives.
