About the role
This position is located in the Human Resources Division of the Office of the Executive Director (NEA-SCA/EX) for the Bureaus of Near Eastern Affairs (NEA) and South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) within the Department of State. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing documents and advising supervisors and employees on a wide variety of emplyee relation isssues; Experience providing advisory on employee relation matters; Experience in providing advisory services to managament on disciplinary actions. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-14 position.
