4-8 years of experience across fixed income, electronic trading, or dealer-facing roles
Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through revenue generation, client growth, or platform adoption
Strong understanding of credit markets and dealer workflows
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure market environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience collaborating across sales, trading, and technology teams
Bachelor's degree required
Series 7 and Series 63 certification preferred
Willingness to travel up to 20%

Group Details
Tradeweb Credit sits at the center of dealer engagement and trading activity, working directly with sell-side institutions to expand participation and influence how credit products are executed on the platform. This role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships across dealer trading desks, while driving increased usage and deeper integration into client workflows.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of credit markets, trade flow dynamics, and electronic trading, and is comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. Success in this role requires the ability to engage senior market participants, navigate complex client needs, and deliver results through a combination of relationship management and commercial execution.
You will be expected to maintain a high level of responsiveness during periods of elevated market activity, provide hands-on support to clients, and represent the firm in both formal and informal client settings.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage senior relationships across dealer trading desks, sales teams, and related functions
Increase engagement and activity across the platform by driving adoption and influencing trading behavior
Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their execution approach and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes
Support clients during live trading environments, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues in real time
Identify and advance new business opportunities, from initial engagement through to execution and expansion
Maintain a clear view of pipeline activity and growth opportunities, with accountability for results
Translate client needs and market feedback into actionable insights for product and technology teams
Lead client discussions, performance reviews, and solution presentations with confidence and clarity
Stay informed on market structure changes, competitive dynamics, and evolving trading strategies
