A Day in the Life of a Ship Agent: As a Ship's Agent, your responsibilities include coordinating vessel operations, from planning arrivals to berthing, loading, and departures in collaboration with all Port Stakeholders. You will work independently and as part of a cohesive team, ensuring smooth port calls and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your role involves continuous learning about business opportunities, port activities, and regulatory updates to stay informed and effective in your duties. Be prepared for out-of-hours and weekend work to ensure task completion. There will be required periods of staying remotely at on-site camp.
