Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain informed consent
Develop and execute anesthetic plans tailored to each patient
Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitor patients intraoperatively and respond to clinical changes
Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Participate in maintaining efficient OR flow and high-quality patient care
Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
Active malpractice insurance coverage
