Academic Background : Undergraduate or graduate student with a strong academic record.
Client Relationship Management: Interest in building a career in a client-facing role, with some experience in teamwork, extracurricular activities, or part-time work.
Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Critical Thinking: Interest in financial markets and ability to understand basic business concepts.

The intern will have the opportunity to:
Understand the distribution team's territory management and sales strategy overview.
Be involved in product pitches and client review calls; identify and compile necessary follow-up items.
Support day-to-day client coverage activities, including preparing meeting materials and assisting with client communications.
Assist in translating market commentaries and internal materials between English and Japanese.
