Application testing (both front [UI] and back end [API])
Application validation for bug fixes and new functionality/enhancements
User story creation and prioritization
Assist with managing a product backlog
Attend internal meetings with stakeholders for an array of projects and initiatives

Defining and documenting best practices
What are we Looking for:
At least 3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience or the equivalent
Solid travel industry background
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Scheduling flexibility to support product releases
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment
Building and maintaining relationships with relevant support teams
Loves to document!
Excited about exploring process improvements
Working closely with a development team to bring new functionality to life
