About the role

Serve as a client-facing partner supporting account health and ongoing program execution post-contract Support revenue and pipeline forecasting, including licensing milestones Consolidate and interpret large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Translate data insights into clear updates for Business Development, Commercial Leadership, and Site Leadership Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to support decision-making Support S&OP demand planning and resource forecasting Act as a key point of coordination across stakeholders, helping ensure alignment and communication across active programs Other duties as assigned The Candidate: Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2 years of experience or exposure to biologics/large molecule drug development preferred Demonstrated ability to work with external stakeholders or clients in a professional setting highly preferred Exposure to commercial operations, account management, or program management environments highly preferred Experience in business analytics role preferred Working knowledge of biologics drug substance manufacturing Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau) Experience building and maintaining data/reporting platforms (e.g., SharePoint) preferred The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $ 9 5,000 - $1 1 5,000 plus an annual bonus target. Commercial Operations Analyst Position Summary: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM 100% onsite Catalent's Baltimore/Harmans, MD (BWI) site is a leading facility supporting gene therapy development and manufacturing, with capabilities spanning early development through clinical and commercial production.
