Hold a master's or doctoral degree related to one of the professions listed above;
Be a member in good standing of your professional order in Quebec (e.g., OTSTCFQ, OPQ, OPSQ, OPPQ, etc.);
Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience;
Have post-graduate counseling experience with diverse populations;
Be able to establish short-term therapeutic goals using a solution-focused approach;
Be comfortable managing high-risk situations and knowledgeable about available community resources

How You'll Make a Difference
As an affiliate clinical counselor , you will provide short-term counseling services - in person in Sept-Îles - to TELUS Health EAP clients, based on your availability and capacity to take on new clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing counseling services to a diverse range of clients facing personal, professional, or family challenges;
Adapting short-term interventions using a solution-focused and collaborative approach;
Managing varied clinical cases and supporting clients at different risk levels;
Facilitating referrals to appropriate community resources, as needed.
