About the role
We are looking for a new addition to Sales & Customer Care Intelligence team in which you will join a group of our Business Analysts. Ideally you will have previous experience of 2+ years in a similar position. Job description Your main responsibilities are: Ownership , definition and maintenance of reporting dashboards in QlikQ ® tools and MS Excel with various database sources including SQL utilization Subject matter expert on the data collection , analysis and interpretation of software sales & support data to decision makers Regular and ad-hoc reports development for specific projects finding the proper reporting dimensions , KPIs , filters for all data Regular analytical support in Sales planning to regions and ESET HQ with detailed analysis over findings and proposed corrective actions Support of Sales planning platform users in proper use of the tool , guidance in methodology and its impact to overall planning Ownership of Sales planning methodology , maintenance and further development of the planning tool to reflect approved process and details Translating business requirements into data interpretation methodology Contribution to reporting methodology development and reports definition User acceptance testing of developed reporting and planning application s including deep data quality check Ad-hoc data quality check and variance analysis in Sales performance Understanding of all data sources used in reporting and their business value . Drive to understand new planning and reporting aspects and directions in the Security market and its applicability to our environment Preparation and update of relevant documentation ( such as user- guides , reports , methodology , etc ), delivery of trainings to users of Sales planning platform We are looking for a candidate with : At least 2 years of experience in similar position Advanced English Good knowledge of ( both direct and indirect ) sales processes in consumer and business segments Professional background from IT software or hardware related industries , and/or in customer data analytics is a plus Working knowledge with QlikSense , SQL, Salesforce is an advantage To manage the responsibilities well , you need to be / have : Organized and result-oriented with great execution skills and ability to evaluate impact , strong metric / sales orientation Good communication skills Ability to listen , analyze , and quickly see trends in complex situations Good analytical thinking Proactive approach with drive to continues self-development and process improvement Resistance to risks , ability to keep the focus Teamwork , consensus orientation Basic wage component ( gross ): from 2100 EUR Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
