Drive activation, engagement, and retention-especially within the first 30 days and habit formation journeys
Translate user behavior, clinical insights, and data signals into intuitive, personalized product experiences
Run rapid experimentation cycles to test hypotheses, learn quickly, and continuously improve outcomes
Partner cross-functionally across UX, engineering, data science, clinical, and marketing to deliver high-quality, compliant experiences
Define and track success through clear KPIs across growth, engagement, satisfaction, and health-related outcomes
Collaborate with product leadership to ensure alignment with broader product strategy, portfolio goals, and end-to-end experiences
Communicate product vision, strategy, and results clearly to drive alignment and momentum

What Makes You Successful
Experience of product management experience, ideally in consumer mobile apps or digital health
Strong ability to translate customer insights, behavioral data, and experimentation results into differentiated product experiences
Experience simplifying complex information into clear, intuitive, and actionable user experiences
Demonstrated strength in hypothesis-driven development: testing, learning, and iterating to drive measurable outcomes
Deep curiosity about personalization, user behavior, and engagement at consumer scale
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align teams around clear product narratives and outcomes
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree a plus)
