Product Quality Engineer

About the role

Analyze customer claims and issues, prepare engineering reports, and present findings Implement continuous improvement strategies in production to proactively prevent potential customer complaints and provide guidance on part acceptability and quality standards Update, revise, and create product documentation as needed Conduct process audits, prepare reports, and track corrective actions to completion Actively participate in new product and process development meetings, addressing and resolving quality issues Perform other quality-related tasks assigned by management About you: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics or related field At least 5 years of experience in quality department preferably in electronics, automotive or similar field Familiar with FMA and APQP processes Proven experience in problem-solving methods such as 5M, 5S, and PIPPA High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Clear and effective communication skills Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail #LI-DB9 At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
