Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree on Business Administration (Desired) or a similar field
  • Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications
  • Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) as a requirement. B2 required.
  • Excel proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Experience in AS400, ERP (JDE Oracle Version)

Job Description Your role at Baxter The Department analyst is responsible for performing many tasks for the Medical Products Division. This position is responsible for performing and driving analysis and supporting decisions for several tasks under the US Hospital Products Division, solving complex requests received through different sources (i.e. but not limited to emails, mailboxes, Price Activations tools, SharePoint). Works collaboratively with the Sales, Contracts Management Team, Customer Service, Customer Master, Supply Chain. He/she is required as one of the main contacts within the team thru mid and high-level managers depending on the situation using different means of communication. Will assume the incremental workload for the Vizient and Premier Resign, Alt Sides incremental and process improvement initiatives. The person in this position needs to have enough knowledge of the Commercial Operations policies to answer all the inquiries under his/her responsibility. It is a requirement that the person must be organized, proactive, analytical and be able to work under pressure. Needs to have passion for operational productive work in a high-performance environment.
