About the role
Reporting to the Lead, Recruitment, the Recruiter is responsible for working with our Coal Central Recruiting and Human Resources teams to support hiring initiatives. Salary: $71,600 / year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity. Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
- Minimum three years demonstrated ability in a recruitment role in an industrial environment
- Strong digital literacy and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite®
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
