Attend all required meetings (first day back, safety, training, etc.) ATD (Attention to Detail) General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment. General Plant Repairs (Bathroom, Office, Breakroom, Parking Lot, Painting, Roof, Etc.) CMMS Work Order Accuracy Will ensure that all upkeep and repairs to asset/equipment will be documented in the CMMS (Sharp) system . This will include labor and materials used to complete needed tasks Will meet set goals that include KPI's that will improve efficiency, downtime reductions with a distinction of process and equipment related downtime Will provide training to other technicians as required Must complete DOSTool activities to current pay level . Must complete higher DOSTool activity levels as required. Critical Skills Must be able to participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures assisting in identifying the root causes of problems. Must be able to assist in implementation of solutions to resolve equipment failures, preventing recurrences.
