Delivering business plans and KPIs for intermediary panels, driving satisfaction and feedback measures, and resolving concerns at first contact
Boosting visibility in high-growth sectors by shaping clear plans with key stakeholders and sharing best practices across the network
Securing compliant, well-controlled delivery by meeting legal and regulatory requirements and completing control tasks to the required standard
Leading strong risk management by swiftly identifying, reporting and escalating Financial Crime and Fraud risks
The skills you'll need
You'll also bring:
Strong commercial and business acumen grounded in macroeconomic and sector insight
Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and networking skills
Proven capability in presenting, customer engagement, relationship building, time management
Expertise in Working Capital including Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending (ABL)
A Diploma in Lending Skills, or a commitment to complete it within 18 months
