Additional Information

AECOM LATAM is seeking for an experienced Aviation Senior Project Manager based out of our Mexico City or Panama City offices. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner with LATAM Transportation leadership to execute project-level growth initiatives, ensuring specific Aviation contracts align with regional business goals. Act as the primary PM lead during the capture process for key Aviation bids, ensuring technical proposals are competitive, realistic, and adhere to best practices. Manage key client accounts at the project level, ensuring high satisfaction ratings and identifying follow-on opportunities through consistent delivery. Collaborate with LATAM Delivery and Operations teams to implement standardized execution processes that guarantee project profitability and quality. Oversee project budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control measures are in place and projects remain within approved parameters. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing strategic direction and mentoring to ensure successful project outcomes and team development. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, risk registers, and mitigation strategies to proactively address potential challenges. Drive stakeholder communication and reporting initiatives, delivering regular updates to clients and internal leadership on project status, milestones, and performance metrics. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience in the LATAM Aviation sector or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Experience in business development, and strong existing relationships with Aviation clients in Latin America Fluent in English and Spanish
