Requirements
Extensive knowledge in firearms history and appraising firearms.
Ensures BATF compliance and asset protection through training and development of staff.
Extensive knowledge and field experience for a wide range of firearms, scopes, optics as well as big and small game hunting experience.
Customer service oriented team player with the ability to pay close attention to detail
Demonstrated capacity for collaborative work in a retail environment, is adept at serving customers and teams from a variety of backgrounds
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
