You'll need: Proven senior level leadership experience in transport, logistics or supply chain environments Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, costs or P&L outcomes Experience in crossdock operations, transport networks or supplier management Ability to analyse data and translate it into clear, actionable insights A track record of driving continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across teams and partners Experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain or a related discipline (desirable) Exposure to greenlife, horticulture or perishable/time-sensitive supply chains is highly regarded This role will be based between our NSW Support Office and our Erskine Park Crossdock, occasional interstate travel will be required.
