Description of Work This position is eligible for telework, and OSHR is currently offering a three-day in-person and two-day remote hybrid schedule. Recruitment Range: $70,487 - $96,908 The Administrative Services Section provides a variety of administrative, technical, and creative services supporting and enabling all Temporary Solutions program areas. We are excited to announce the recruitment of our first Administrative Services Manager. This position provides strategic and operational leadership for all administrative, technical, communications, compliance, and data support functions that enable and sustain statewide talent strategy, innovation delivery, and temporary employment services. This position will perform the following duties: - Provide administrative and operational leadership by directing and managing day-to-day administrative operations, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring effective service delivery. - Serve as our subject matter expert and primary liaison to the OSHR Business Operations Team for financial coordination and budget support, the OSHR IT Team for data, technical support, and IT coordination, and the OSHR Communications Team for the design and coordination of messaging, content, and brand alignment. - Oversees programs monitoring and reporting on statewide compliance, drafting policy, documenting processes, and designing and monitoring internal controls, ensuring cohesion among all partners and stakeholders. - Plans, resources, and oversees special projects, initiatives, and campaigns, including those with statewide scope and reach. Experience in state government or public sector administrative operations. Familiarity with HR programs, workforce systems, or recruitment operations. Experience working with IT, communications, or fiscal teams. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience supervising staff or leading teams. Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years of program experience related to the area of assignment, including one year of supervisory program experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
