The Zoom AI Agent team is responsible for turning frontier AI, agent, automation, and multimodal technologies into real product experiences used by millions of people. The team focuses on building top-notch agentic products that bridge cutting-edge AI technologies with Zoom's large user base and enterprise collaboration platform. We aim to create trusted AI collaborators that help users communicate, coordinate, automate work, and execute processes across Zoom and third-party tools. Zoomies help people stay connected so they can get more done together. We set out to build the best collaboration platform for the enterprise, and today help people communicate better with products like Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Phone, Zoom Events, Zoom Apps, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Webinars.
