Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with solid hands-on software development experience in client-facing roles.
Strong Java (11+) skills, with good knowledge of databases and SQL for building and running scalable services.
Experience with REST APIs, messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, ActiveMQ), and microservices or service-based architectures.
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD tools (GitLab, TeamCity), Linux environments, and scripting.
Product-focused mindset with clear communication skills in English, able to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Requirements
Experience in the financial industry (banking, accounting, trading, clearing).
Familiarity with Wildfly/RedHat EAP and Message-Oriented Middleware (e.g., ActiveMQ).
Experience with JIRA and TeamCity.
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
