About the role

Role Overview The Advanced Application Engineer will provide field support to regional channel partners, consultants, and potential users, providing advanced system design, deployment, programming, 3rd party integration, and troubleshooting. The role will also involve working closely with Area Manager to empower channels, train, and deliver lectures and certifications. What You Will Do Work with the Regional Sales team to demonstrate products, design systems, support sales activities, visit channel partners, and sites of AV opportunities. Monitor and report on market trends, competitive landscape, sales opportunities, and channel activities. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV industry experience, fluency in audio, video, control, and networking technology, and experience with LUA scripting and/or control system programming and integration.
