Job Description: As we accelerate our global expansion and deploy our industrialized "Launch Factory" model, we are looking for a highly driven Country Launcher (Build Lead) to be based on-site in Vietnam . Mission As the Country Launcher, you will be the single point of accountability for taking the Vietnam market from the deal stage to live, revenue-generating operations. You will own the 1-year project lifecycle, driving a dedicated, on-site Build Pod through a proven 4-phase deployment playbook: a 2-month pre-launch handshake, a strict 6-month Build & Launch (T+6), and a seamless 3-month post-launch transition. You are responsible for ensuring a profitable, on-time go-live that strictly adheres to our standardised playbooks. As a Country Launcher, your key objectives will be to... Ensure On-Time Delivery (T+6 Velocity): Own the end-to-end delivery of the launch within a strict 6-month window from contract sign-off to a revenue-ready platform. You will manage all internal and external dependencies to resolve 100% of non-negotiables and critical-path items in the first 4 months. Drive a Profitable Launch: Maintain P&L ownership for the account during the build stage. Keep a strict oversight on build stage resource allocation and deploy Circles' standardized off-the-shelf propositions to minimize customization and avoid wastage. Ensure Commercial Success in the First 3 Months: For greenfield launches, drive strong brand take-off to achieve top-line commercial metrics (subscriber targets, NPS, ARPU) in the first quarter. For brownfield launches, ensure seamless migration with zero revenue loss for migrated subscribers. Own Go/No-Go Checkpoints: Define measurable success criteria and make the final call on stage gates including Sprint 0, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Closed User Group (CUG), and National Launch. Manage Stakeholder & Executive Governance: Drive internal and external reviews, including leading the Monthly CEO Leadership SteerCos to build confidence, present the iDMO dashboard, and unlock roadblocks for CXOs with clear options and trade-offs. Execute a Seamless Post-Launch Transition: Drive a structured 3-month handover to the Operate (BO) or Customer Success teams, ensuring 100% completion of transition checklists and KPIs before your team is released for the next market. Have a proven track record of complex project delivery: Experience leading large-scale, end-to-end technology or market launches, ideally driving a project from concept to successful execution within aggressive timelines. Have strong commercial and financial acumen: Demonstrated experience managing a P&L, resource allocation, and maintaining oversight of cost drivers during project build phases.
