The Islington London Borough Council is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Adults team, offering a pay rate of £35.59 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In your role, you will manage complex cases, conduct comprehensive assessments, and design tailored care plans. You will ensure quality assurance, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advocate for service users' rights and well-being.
