- Manages higher-revenue and higher-complexity portfolios with greater autonomy.
- Mentors junior sellers through deal reviews and account strategy support (without formal people management).

- Education & Experience
- Typically possesses a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- Typically requires 8+ years of experience.
- Experienced in HDPE blow molding of rigid containers and familiarity/knowledge in the Agricultural Chemical (Crop Protection) market.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and account management.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated pricing and negotiation capability.
- Clear, concise communication (written and verbal) with executive presence.
