To be qualified for this position you have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or related functions. 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices. Proven experience implementing operational processes and scaling cross-functional organizations. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills. Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or digital product organizations. Familiarity with OKRs, product analytics, and customer feedback systems. Experience leading organizational change initiatives or PMO transformations. Strong financial, forecasting, and resource planning capabilities.
