Join the RAC Insurance Claims team and know you are making a genuine difference to the lives of our members! Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most. We have full time positions available on a Permanent basis and a 12month Contract/Secondment basis, due to commence on 22nd June 2026. We offer attractive working hours which is structured as follows: Week 1 - 7.30am - 3.30pm (West Perth Office based) Week 2 - 9.00am - 5.00pm (Working from home) On a daily basis you will be contributing by: Managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation Identify potential recovery action as part of effective claims management Review quotes and authorise repair costs Negotiate on settlements for claims Act as a technical referral point for internal teams Provide empathy, understanding whilst handling complex conversations Consistently provide service that exceeds member's expectations Identify continuous improvement initiatives What are we looking for?
