XRX Technical Business Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage deep partnerships with waveguide suppliers and FATP/ assembly partners to Align technical , process , and business flows to balance optical performance , manufacturability , and display quality .
• Integrate ZEISS lens expertise into module design for lightweight , high- precision refractive displays .
• Support partner- driven innovation , commercialization , and roadmap planning .

Requirements

• Deep know-how in FATP processes and AR/AI module assembly , with strong technical and commercial exposure .
• Experience in optical modules , waveguides , or AR/AI hardware .
• Proven ability to translate technology into partner value and competitive differentiation .

• 10+ years of customer-facing Business Development experience within leading Chinese FATP players , including Luxshare , GoerTek , Foxconn, and Longcheer .
• 10+ years of customer-facing business development experience with leading Chinese optical module industry , with companies such as Sunny Optical, OmniVision , and Crystal- Optech .
• Deal with oversea customer is a plus
• Candidate Profile 70% Commercial + 30% Tech

Rationale To position ZEISS/XRX as a strategic integration partner - not merely a lens supplier - we must deepen collaboration with waveguide display brands and FATP (Fabrication, Assembly, Test & Pack) partners. This requires end-to-end ownership of thin, high-precision refractive-display module development, from component sourcing through assembly yield optimization
