Job Description Summary: Provides tactical and strategic leadership for the assigned pharmacy service teams. Collaborates with pharmacy and organizational leadership to establish annual and long-range departmental goals, prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving strategies. Partners with interdisciplinary patient care teams and participates in hospital committees and professional organizations to support high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services and help advance pharmacy practice. Education Requirement: Doctor of Pharmacy, required. Candidates who have been licensed and practicing as a pharmacist since before 2004 may qualify with a bachelor's degree. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field, preferred. Completion of a pharmacy residency program, preferred. Licensure Requirement: Current and unrestricted Licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio, required. Certifications: Board Certification preferred, if applicable to area of practice.
