As NPI Programs Industrial Leader you will support the coordination of the industrial activities related to the NPI for new programs and you will be the Supply Chain interface for the Program Manager and the Customer. You will define program development plans throughout the Supply Chain, coordinating all the Product Centers and the functions involved (Quality, Purchasing, Technology). You will work to reach program milestones, Production Readiness and Manufacturing Target Cost. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Support technical direction for a specific program with significant business impact Establish a plan, define tasks and objectives and identify resources/funding source Manage the program, provide interim reports to customer, modify plan as required Provide counsel to the team on design practices and standards Support Supply Chain and plants in the execution of the activities required by the development plan Effectively communicate with the Customer and/or program manager to ensure product quality Ensure development, implementation, and maintenance of technical operating plans for each assigned program, matching the program delivery, milestones, industrialization targets, product quality, capability and capacity Effectively communicate and influence partnership programs Support processes to improve efficiencies of the team Help the Program team and the Supply Chain to achieve the Production Readiness Frequently report on the status of initiatives and client business performance Qualifications/Requirements Master's Degre, or Bachelor's with relevant work experience, in Aerospace, Mechanical or Management Engineering Technical competence on products and processes, obtained in Design, Manufacturing or Production Engineering Previous work experience in similar role, in Aerospace industry preferred Ability to guide others in a matrix environment Strong oral and written communication skills Fluent Italian and English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Ability to manage complex multi-year technical programs in a matrix resource environment Good influencing skills in a global environment Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Strong process discipline with sound analytic and statistical skills Experience on leading multi-discipline engineering/Supply Chain/technical teams Experience in program/project management
