Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of architectural work progress and quality to meet project standards and timelines

  • Coordinate timely delivery and storage planning of materials in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with sub-contractors to monitor progress and address issues impacting work schedules
  • Assign duties to architectural supervisors and monitor their performance to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks
  • Represent the architectural team in consultant site meetings, technical meetings, and sub-contractor meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma in Architecture or a related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an architectural firm or construction company (preferably)
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of construction materials and methods
  • Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
