What you need to succeed Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse stakeholders. Proven success delivering end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to attracting top talent. Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities. A continuous improvement mindset focused on better hiring outcomes and experiences.
