Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

About the role

As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• -Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• -Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• -Collect and track session data
• -Support skill development and promote positive behavior
• -Share progress with your clinical team
• -If you love working with children- or have experience as a nanny, babysitter, teacher, or paraprofessional- you may be an excellent fit for this role

Requirements

• -High school diploma
• -At least 18 years old
• -Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• -Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
• -Interest in behavioral health
• -Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified
