Lead or support qualification of backend test facilities for product transfer
Drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
Manage multiple qualification projects concurrently while maintaining quality and deadlines
Coordinate with global cross-functional teams (Product, Test, Manufacturing, Quality)
Technical Execution
Perform receiving site capability assessments (equipment readiness, process alignment)
Gather and validate product setup and processing requirements
Analyze qualification data results with high attention to detail
Identify risks, gaps, and drive corrective and preventive actions
Ensure compliance with qualification standards and documentation requirements
Leverage or explore AI-based tools/solutions to enhance data collection, data analysis, report generation, process efficiency, and decision-making (preferred)
ATE & Hands-on Support
Demonstrate willingness to learn and operate different ATE (Automated Test Equipment) platforms
Support or perform actual test setup and product handling to enable data collection for qualification
Work closely with other test engineering teams to ensure accurate execution of test requirements
Debug & Problem Solving
Support software debugging using programming knowledge (Visual Basic, C, or other programming language)
Apply circuit analysis in troubleshooting product and test issues
Collaboration & Communication
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across global teams
Document and present qualification results, technical findings, and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Semiconductor, or related Engineering field
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
Willingness to learn new technologies, including ATE systems and hands-on setup activities
Experience with semiconductor test systems and/or bench equipment
Knowledge of backend manufacturing and test operations
Experience in site-to-site product transfer or qualification
Exposure to programming (Visual Basic, C) for debugging
Strong circuit analysis fundamentals
Experience in developing automation tools/scripts
Familiarity with or interest in AI tools and applications for engineering or data analysis
Hands-on experience with ATE setup and test execution

The Backend Resiliency Product Engineer is responsible for qualifying alternate backend test facilities to support ADI products. This role ensures receiving sites meet all technical, quality, and operational requirements while maintaining product performance and reliability.
The position requires strong project management capabilities to drive qualification activities from initiation through completion, with a focus on site capability assessment, product setup validation, and detailed data analysis. The engineer must effectively manage time, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and be willing to learn and work with various ATE systems to support hands-on qualification activities.
