This role provides comprehensive support to Group Directors and senior leaders, many of whom operate across global portfolios and travel frequently. You will collaborate with colleagues at all levels and coordinate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a composed, experienced professional with strong interpersonal capabilities and a solid background in business or administrative management. Our team operates on the Standard UK Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Sri Lankan Time) to support global business operations . Refer Hybrid Working | LSEG for more information on our ways of working. Roles & Responsibilities Diary management for assigned Executives/team members, coordinate internal and external meetings. Provision of general and ongoing administrative and organisational support to team members as required. Dealing with incoming communication and acting as first point of contact. Ensure meetings are well-prepared in advance by liaising with attendees, coordinating venue, and other requirements. Building and maintaining strong working relationships both internally and externally. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc. Arranging travel itineraries and accommodation in conjunction with the in-house travel team, tracking and processing of expenses. Any other ad hoc tasks as may be required including "buddy" cover of peers where required. Ability to work as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
