Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell and revenue growth across the existing customer base.
  • Assist in managing end-to-end campaigns execution, from intake through launch, including audience creation, asset coordination, QA, deployment & performance tracking / reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle campaigns.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end campaign execution, including messaging development, creative coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with product, sales, operations, and demand generation teams.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort using data to inform campaign decisions and report on performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to contribute to compelling messaging and content.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Ready to be a Titan? We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team and help drive expansion revenue across our existing customer base. This role is focused on executing revenue-generating marketing programs that increase adoption of our subscription and usage-based products through upsell, cross-sell, and product utilization initiatives. As a key member of the GTM organization, you will support the development and execution of targeted, data-driven campaigns designed to generate measurable business impact. Working closely with Channel Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams, you will help bring campaigns to market, manage customer audiences, optimize performance, and contribute to revenue growth across our product portfolio.
