The role is responsible for ensuring network designs and projects meet coverage, capacity, and quality standards, while managing capacity planning, network expansion, and change governance. It involves leading optimisation and acceptance activities, supporting continuous improvement, and guiding other engineers through knowledge sharing and technical leadership. The role also requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and decision-making to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with nbn engineering standards and business objectives.
